Tunku Nadzaruddin is the youngest son of Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the 10th ruler of Negeri Sembilan. He went to school at St Paul’s Institution Seremban, King George V Seremban and Cheltenham College, England. Tunku Nadzaruddin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics from Middlesex University, England.
In 1982, Tunku Nadzaruddin started his career with British Telecommunication (BT) in London. After his graduation from Middlesex University, he joined ESSO Production Malaysia Inc. (EPMI) as a System Analyst until March 1988. He was assigned as General Manager of Asia-Pacific Videolab Sdn Bhd until April 1990. In May 1990, he joined Antah Holdings Berhad as Executive Assistant Director to the Managing Director. In December 1992, Tunku Nadzaruddin was appointed as an Executive Director of Hwang-DBS Securities Bhd (which later changed its name to Hwang DBS Investment Bank Bhd) until 2014.
Tunku Nadzaruddin is the Patron and Past President of Persatuan Broker Niaga Hadapan Malaysia (Malaysia Futures Brokers Association). He also served as Deputy President for Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) from January 2000 until June 2004.
Presently, Tunku Nadzaruddin holds directorships in Nova MSC Berhad. Bata (M) Sdn Bhd, GCH Retail (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd and Raden Corporation Sdn Bhd.
Tunku Nadzaruddin is married to Y.M Tunku Dato’ Seri Mimi Wahida binti Tunku Wahman and blessed with three children.
YM RAJA RAHIMAN RAJA MUSHAHAR

A qualified accountant who started his career with Wespac Australia. He then joined Pernas International Holding Berhad (PIHB) as an accountant in 1994. During his tenure, he developed his skills in fund raising, restructuring, pre-opening process and corporate planning. With excellent 25 years of finance experience, he possesses strong accounting skills, strategic knowledge of accounting principles and management reporting.
Climbing the corporate ladder, he moved on to an international hospitality brand as the Financial Controller and later promoted to Director of Finance, arranging and managing financial for prestigious hotels and resorts in Malaysia and Indonesia.
In 2011, he assumed all responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer with telco provider, Jalur Lebar Nasional then move to PT Eastern Logistic, an intergraded upstream Oil and Gas Shore-base in Surabaya. Currently, he is Chief Executive Officer of Raden Holding and an advisor to Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd. He also sits on board for Antah Insurance Broker Sdn Bhd.
With excellent corporate management skills and experienced accounting expertise, Raja Rahiman became the Key Leader and spearheaded Oval Gallery to become one of the leading players in the property development industry.
Other outstanding contributions of Raja Rahiman are:
- Co-Founder for R&F Consult, a consultation company mainly dealing with Oil and Gas, Finance Advisor of Perisai Metro SdnBhd, a cabling contractor for TNB with project mainly in Selangor and Putrajaya
- Advisor for ABL Diversified Services, a hospitality management company with experience handling advisory works for Pembangunan Ekuiti Sdn Bhd.
- A committee member for rebranding process of Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2016.
